| All meetings will be held on the
second Monday in every month, except a bank holiday or important
date, when it is the third Monday for that month only. |
| League meetings will start at 8.30pm
prompt at which time the treasurer will close his books. Teams
not having paid fee's, will have to wait until completion of the
meeting. |
| Teams not being able to be represented
at a league meeting are to contact the treasurer before 7pm on
the night, to avoid being fined, and with a reasonable excuse.

Take note that missing a number of meetings whether there is a
reasonable excuse or not, will incur additional fines as laid
down in the General Rules. |
| Executive Committee meetings will be
held prior to each league meeting, at 7.30pm and will continue
after the league meeting where necessary. |
