All meetings will be held on the second Monday in every month, except a bank holiday or important date, when it is the third Monday for that month only.

League meetings will start at 8.30pm prompt at which time the treasurer will close his books. Teams not having paid fee's, will have to wait until completion of the meeting.

Teams not being able to be represented at a league meeting are to contact the treasurer before 7pm on the night, to avoid being fined, and with a reasonable excuse. The number to ring is 07846 772568.
Take note that missing a number of meetings whether there is a reasonable excuse or not, will incur additional fines as laid down in the General Rules.

Executive Committee meetings will be held prior to each league meeting, at 7.30pm and will continue after the league meeting where necessary.
